A site for lovers of the countryside and our natural world.

Featured here alongside our little gift shop, is a blog about orchards, cider, country living and the wildlife that surrounds us.  You will also find recipes, mostly inspired by something we grow and always tasty.  Our shop itself features hand-picked (and some hand-made) items all connected to nature, either by design, subject or materials used.  We particularly love to support artisan craftspeople who have caught our eye. 

Sales of these products help towards the creation of the wildlife friendly garden, woodland and orchard in South Somerset.   
Lastly, we are delighted to offer self-catering accommodation in a converted stone stable on our property.  Called The Old Stable, it sleeps four and is cosy, beautifully finished and a perfect place to stay to explore South Somerset and neighbouring East Devon and Dorset, or just to chill out.
